How we work
We agree the project scope, roles, responsibilities, procurement approach, programme, payment milestones and reporting arrangements before work starts. The contractual role and statutory duties will depend on the appointment and project.
Separate business: Kay Global Group Ltd is a construction company, not an FCA-authorised lender or mortgage adviser. Mortgage advice, if required, is provided separately by Kay Global Financial Services. Clients are not required to use both businesses.
